Thilakan who has been embroiled in a controversy to Hollywood

Thilakan who has been embroiled in a controversy for the last couple of weeks, said yesterday that he wouldn't mind even if he were expelled from the Malayalam film industry. He was talking at a cultural event that was organized by the Oxford Senior Secondary School. Thilakan said that he could never be expelled from his profession, even if he had to leave the Malayalam film industry. He would continue acting, whenever and wherever he got an opportunity.

The actor also revealed his plans to move to Hollywood. He said he has been invited to act in a film called 'Dam 999'. The Hollywood movie tells a story about mariners and life at sea and is based on the navarasas. Shooting of the film is expected to start in March. 'Dam 999' would be produced by Marine BizTV, world's first global maritime television channel and directed by Sohan Roy, the CEO of Aries Telecasting Limited. Thilakan repeated that he would not be bogged down by threats, and that he would continue with acting, despite pressure from different corners.
