Muthoot Cardamom County gets 3 ISO certification

KOCHI: Muthoot Cardamom County, Thekkady, has received ISO certifications for quality, environment and food safety management systems.



The certifications are ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 22000:2005 for the three categories respectively. This is for the first time in Kerala that a resort is getting all the three certifications of ISO and it will be distributed at a function scheduled to be held here on Friday.



George M George, executive director, Muthoot Hospitality Division, told mediapersons here that the quality management system will demonstrate the ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.



It aims at enhancing the customer satisfaction through the effective application of system, including processes for continual improvement of the system.
