Versatility to the fore

PALAKKAD: An exhibition of the works of Sudha Menon, �Artnuveau, which concluded recently at the N.J. Complex here, showcased the versatility of the artist and her medium.

The exhibits included paintings, artefacts, lamps and murals, done in stained glass or in Tanjore or decoupage style. At the exhibition, her fourth here, 170 paintings and 30 potteries were exhibited. Among the paintings were Kerala mural paintings, Ajantha murals, Tanjore paintings, oil paintings, fabric paintings, nib paintings, Worly and Madhubani paintings, pot paintings and aqua paintings. They were the result of two years continuous work, Ms. Menon said.
