No deal to re-enter party: Murali

Kozhikode: The former Congress leader K. Muraleedharan has denied reports that a deal has been struck to re-admit him to the Congress as AICC secretary.

Mr. Muraleedharan was addressing supporters from six north Kerala districts who came to participate in a meeting organised in connection with the 19th death anniversary of the former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi. He said the people had rejected the political alliances he had forg ed in the past and it was on their advice that he was now returning to the Congress
