British Council training for teachers

KOCHI: The British Council is making an effort to address the increasing demand for international, communicative English language teacher training qualifications in South India.

It will run its inaugural CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) programme for teachers from October 11 to November 5 at its recently opened teaching centre in Chennai. Teachers from Kerala who are interested to attend the programme can apply. The deadline for applying for the course beginning on October 11 is September 19.
