Talk on citizen\'s rights during bandhs

KOCHI: A paper on �How far can a citizens right to movement be curtailed by bandh and hartal would be presented by senior lawyer K Ramkumar at a sitting of �Shadow Assembly that would be held at BTH on August 14. The Assembly has been constituted by the Save Kerala Movement.
