KOCHI: Minister for Fisheries S. Sarma will inaugurate the Ernakulam-Fort Kochi- Mattancherry boat service of the State Water Transport Department at the Fort Kochi boat jetty on Thursday at 8.30 a.m. Transport Minister Jose Thettayil will flag off the service. V.K. Ibrahim Kunju, MLA, will preside. Mayor Mercy Williams will deliver the keynote address. Dominic Presentation, MLA, and District Collector M. Beena will also attend.
