Port unions called for talks

KOCHI: The Regional Labour Commissioner has called for a meeting with leaders of the Trade Union Coordination Committee, representing the nearly 4,000 private sector workers serving the Cochin Port Trust, on August 9 after the committee served a notice of strike from August 11.
